Anne -Maree’s involvement as an Associate Dean of the NIHR Academy has led to her willingness to deliver our keynote address.  In this she aims to convey the significant rise of healthcare professionals undertaking research\, why this is important both for healthcare and the career development of the workforce and what we need to do to embed research in roles.
