Oxford Health CRF Team Lead graduates with Masters degree

A huge congratulations for Debbie Moll, Oxford Health Clinical Research Facility (OH CRF) Team Lead who recently graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a Master of Science (MSc) in Professional Practice (Physical Healthcare).

The programme is delivered in partnership with Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust and Oxford Brookes University.

Debbie started her degree in 2021, taking clinically focused modules that relate to the work of OH CRF, including Dementia Care.

Debbie also took modules in leadership, quality improvement and research, attending classes both in person at Learning and Development, and online.

Debbie said: “The degree offered a great opportunity to learn together with clinicians and staff across the Trust in different settings and clinical areas.

“The modules not only developed my clinical knowledge, but also helped shape my thinking around leadership, research and quality improvement in NHS settings. There was a great amount of flexibility, which made it more manageable for staff who work full time.

“I am so grateful for these opportunities to develop my skills, and for my managers and supervisors who helped make this possible. I am looking forward to being able to use this to make a positive difference to OH-CRF and healthcare.”
